Frequently Asked Questions
To create an account, click on the "Register" button on our homepage, fill in the required information, and follow the on-screen instructions. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you instructions on how to reset your password.
To enroll in a course, log in to your account and browse our course catalog. Click on the course you’re interested in and then click the "Access" button. Follow the prompts to complete your enrollment.
Currently, our courses are designed for online access only. However, you can download course materials such as PDFs and PPTs for offline viewing where applicable.

Once enrolled in a course, you can track your progress through the course dashboard.
Yes, upon successful completion of a course, you will receive a digital certificate which you can download from your account
To update your profile information, log in to your account and go to your profile settings. From there, you can edit your personal details, change your password, and update your preferences.
We value your feedback. After completing a course, you will have the post course assessment to fill in.
