 ITJA INTERMEDIATE COURSE

Course Description

If you have basic knowledge of tax justice, having completed a basic level course and with hands on experience in addressing tax justice matters within the African context, this 4 week course will guide you on how to grow your current skills towards becoming a tax justice champion within your own or collective space. With initial live online sessions, you will get an introduction to intermediate tax justice training, have an overview of the modules and get to interact with your trainers in preparation for the next phases.

You will then be ushered in to an in-person training workshop where you will get an in depth understanding of the modules, share your own experience and learn from both your facilitators and fellow participants. In order to connect learning with real practice, the course will allow you a post workshop self paced learning process which will be carried out at your own convenience while back to your duty station. Upon successful completion of the three learning phases, you will be certified as an active participant and qualify to enroll for an advanced level training when called upon.
